Our Mission

We are committed to providing cutting edge services in sophisticated and calming surroundings to facilitate and expedite your healing.


Our team have established reputations through their work with The Australian Rugby Union, Australian Football League,The Western Force, The New York Jets as well as numerous other state, national, international and Olympic athletes.

We are a part of the prestigious Orthology Orthopeadic practice working in close collaboration with leading Orthopaedic Surgeons, Specialists, Sports Physicians, Rheumatologists and Radiologists. These relationships solidified over two decades, gives us and our patient’s unique access to these busy leaders of musculo-skeletal medicine, many of whom are our patients themselves.

We also see post operative patients within Bethesda Private Hospital, allowing continuation of care from operation back to full activity.

Justin Barich
GROUP principal

Justin has had a prolific career of 20 years caring for the public and in professional sport. Highlights include work with The Australian Rugby Union, The Australian Rugby League, The Australian Wallabies, The Western Force, The Fremantle Dockers, The Rugby World Cup, The International Rugby Board, The New York Jets and Team U.S.A and Canada Ice Hockey Teams.

Justin has the rare honour of holding positions in all three major Australian professional sporting codes. Namely The A.F.L, N.R.L and Super Rugby Union. In the latter, Justin has the distinction of being the first physiotherapist to conceptualise, establish and direct the entire medical team of over 30 leading sports medicine practitioners, physiotherapists, specialists and surgeons for a professional sporting franchise.

Justin has the amazing accolade of working with NFL superstars from the New York Jets (including Legend Darrelle Revis now with The New England Patriots) and maintains a close mutual relationship with their medical team.

Justin was also appointed to set up and run the medical team for Team U.S.A and Team Canada International Ice Hockey Teams.

Personally Justin is a sub three hour marathoner and races international marathons including The ING New York City Marathon, Chicago Marathon and Boston Marathon. He has placed fourth in his age group at the Sydney International Marathon and is the doting father of three young cherubs.

Lydia Barlow

Lydia Barlow is a graduate from Curtin University with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy. Lydia has extensive hospital and private practice experience where she has developed and refined her skills in rehabilitation of sporting injuries and postoperative orthopaedics. Lydia has provided injury assessment and treatment for numerous AFL and Soccer teams and is also trusted with managing the In house Physiotherapy care for one of Perth’s Elite Private Boarding Schools. She is passionate about helping people achieve their optimum health and has a keen interest in neck and jaw conditions.

Aside from work, Lydia enjoys running, swimming and playing tennis. Lydia frequently participates in Perth’s major fun runs including the Chevron City to Surf and HBF Run for a Reason.

Kate Lee

Kate is a Curtin University graduate who passion is helping people to achieve their goals, improve function and maximise wellbeing.

Kate has an extended clinical repertoire from getting out on the field providing sports injury management to AFL teams to having worked with the elderly in aged care and tending to patients in a home-based rehabilitation setting. She has a passion for orthopaedic post-operative rehabilitation which has been enriched though her practice across both hospital and clinical settings in the public and private sector.

Aside from work, Kate’s hobbies include piano, supporting the West Coast Eagles and playing netball and tennis. She enjoys looking for new ways to challenge her fitness – her accomplishments include the Skilled Corporate triathlon, Chevron City to Surf, West Australian Marathon Club events and HBF Run For a Reason half marathon. She currently has her eyes on conquering the Rottnest Channel swim.

Rourke Moynihan

Rourke Graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy. Rourke has participated in a number of sports including cycling, weightlifting, hockey and rowing where he was selected for the WA state team twice.

Since graduating Rourke has worked in private practice and for various sport teams including Perth Heat, East Perth Football Club, AFL WA Women’s State Football and Touring international rugby teams.

Rourke has also worked extensively in pre and postoperative rehabilitation, acute and chronic musculoskeletal pain and acute shoulder, knee and ankle injuries. He also provides a Bike Fit services to minimize injury and increase efficiency for cyclists.
